Aurea Wood & Travertine Pendant Light for Entryways and Dining Spaces
Details
Wood and stone don't often get paired this simply, but the Aurea pendant proves the pairing works. A warm wood body cradles a shade built from glass and genuine travertine, so the light that spills out carries the soft, uneven texture only real stone gives you — every piece shows its own natural veining and grain, which means the one over your table looks a little different from the next. It hangs low and quiet, more like a piece of furniture for your ceiling than a fixture, at home over a dining table, in a stairwell, or lighting the walk from your front door.
Made to sit somewhere between rustic and refined, so it never fights the rest of the room.
Features
- Genuine travertine shade — real stone, not a printed finish, so the light diffuses unevenly and warmly, with natural texture you can see and feel.
- Solid wood body — grounds the stone shade with a material that ages well and brings honest warmth to dining rooms, hallways, and entryways alike.
- Adjustable hanging cord — set the drop yourself at install, so the pendant sits at the right height for your table or ceiling.
Two finishes
Aurea comes in two wood tones: a deeper Walnut and a lighter natural Wood finish, so you can match it to cabinetry, flooring, or the rest of your fixtures. Both share the same travertine shade and hardware — the only difference is the warmth of the wood grain.
A note on bulbs and fit
Aurea ships without a bulb, so you can choose the warmth you prefer. It takes a single G9-base bulb, up to 5W incandescent or an LED equivalent, and runs on standard household current from 110V to 240V. It's a hardwired fixture — have an electrician fit it, or wire it in yourself if you're comfortable with basic wiring, it's a straightforward job either way. Best suited to a room in the 5–10 m² (about 54–108 sq ft) range, where a single pendant can properly anchor the space.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Aurea come with a bulb?
No — it ships bulb-free so you can pick your own warmth. It takes a single G9-base bulb, up to 5W incandescent or an LED equivalent.
What's the difference between the two finishes?
Both use the same travertine and glass shade. Walnut gives you a deeper, richer wood tone; Wood is the lighter, natural grain — pick whichever suits your space.
Will the stone shade look exactly like the photos?
Close, but not identical. Travertine is a natural stone, so every shade carries its own veining and slight colour variation — that's part of what makes it real stone rather than a printed pattern.
