Five little glass globes cluster together on the Aveline's black or gold frame, each one catching and scattering the LED light inside it — clear glass throws it brightest, grey glass softens it, amber warms it further still. However you order it, the effect is a cluster of glowing bubbles rather than one flat source, which is what makes this one work as a genuine centrepiece over a dining table or in an entryway rather than just another ceiling light.
