Getting the pads placed right

Peel the protective film from each electrode pad, connect the pair to its wire, and place both pads from the same wire on your skin together — a pad only completes its circuit when its partner is also in contact. Slide the power switch on, press M to choose your mode, use + and − to set the intensity for the active channel, and press A, B, C, or D to move between channels when you have more than one pair connected. Press F to switch between low and high frequency, and T to set your session timer.
